Key Card Request

Initial Access Cards and Suite Keys will be provided to new tenants. Subsequently, there will be a $5.00 charge for each additional access card or replacement of a lost access card. There will also be an additional charge for extra/replacement suite keys.

Access cards and keys are the property of JSR Management. Upon termination of lease, all cards and keys are to be returned to JSR Management. Failure to return keys may result in rekeying of locks that will be billed directly to tenant.
